Return and Exchange Policy

At Blinkeet, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (like beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


🇪🇺 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


💸 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
